A really nice, mint condition, Lake Placid Blue, Custom Shop 61 Strat reissue with a heavy relic finish
Here we present a very nicely done heavy relic from the Fender custom shop in the highly popular Lake Placid Blue and a CITES AAA Rosewood fretboard which looks terrific and makes for a great combination.
Features are extensive and include relic lacquer finish; 2-piece select alder body; with ’60 style oval “C” back shape; rosewood fingerboard; 7.25” radius and 21 frets. Also features hand-wound 65 Strat relic pickups and 5-way selector switch. All in all, a great set-up and specification for this very cool looking Strat.
Needless to say, It comes with all case candy, certificate and shop floor traveller, as well as its tweed tolex and velvet deluxe case, all original and brand new as it left the factory in the USA.

What we think:-
This ’60 Heavy Relic Reissue Strat is gorgeous looking in Lake Placid Blue and with the Rosewood Fretboard which is not so common, it makes a cool statement.
The heavy relic work is very well done indeed and matched with some high spec. features that make it a nice set-up and very rock n’ roll. New in 2022 and funds forced sale, so this is an as new guitar at a great price!
