Here we have a CnC fave! this is a highly collectable, rare and very special, limited edition, ‘Slash’ Les Paul Traditional in awesome Anaconda Burst!
This guitar rocks and it is a masterpiece…it shouldn’t be confused with the current ‘Slash’ LP Standard line-up, these were developed and tested during the G n’ R tours in 2016 and 2017 and subsequently produced in limited numbers of just 450 unsigned and 50 signed. Signed ones are double the price like so much of the Gibson/Slash editions.
This model proceeded the ‘Slash’ standard range and features higher quality ‘select’ tone woods, signature pickups, wide strap buttons, hide glue construction, vintage fretwire and custom shop features. Importantly, the finish is a little richer and less luminous than the standard and this makes a big difference, the colour is super sexy. It also comes with a special edition snakeskin effect hard case that is also very special.
Main features focus on this beauty? well, they are of course start with the Slash APH-2N /APH-2B Seymour Duncan pickups that provide the warm, controlled output that Slash loves. The fat neck profile was also custom designed to his request alongside lightweight aluminium tailpiece and matching ABR bridge. The construction is of lightweight ‘R9’ select mahogany back and AA-famed Eastern maple top in the amazing ‘Anaconda Burst’ finish, then its complimented with gold top hat knobs and vintage plastic features…all in all a very special guitar.
With zero fret wear. It comes with all case candy, pickguard, packing checklist as well as its original snakeskin hardshell case - all original and as it left the factory in the USA.

What we think:-
Like so many, we love anything that Slash and Gibson do. Slash is the number one Gibson icon and his signature series guitars are the most coveted of all. The image of him yielding his Les Paul has defined rock music for the last few decades. The problem is…his signature models are huge money and beyond many, but with this limited edition there’s a chance of owning something very special, that is guaranteed to increase in value as time passes. The fact that Slash tested many prototype models before signing off on this model makes it special in itself. The SD pickups have been made to match his original Appetite for Destruction Les Paul with beefed up mid-range and powerful top-end alongside low-end response. This guitar is of great quality, sounds killer and is undoubtedly a rare opportunity.
