Originating from the Dearborn Ford plant built in 1968 and featuring the 302 V8 engine and sold in April of 1969 to its first owner, all according to the Marti report for the vehicle.
The project began in the states where a full restoration was undertaken and then the car was acquired by the director of a specialist custom car builder in the UK for his own personal collection, after the aforementioned director released the car to one of our own directors at C ‘n C’ a further series of additions and upgrades where commissioned before the car was sent to our friends at Muscle Car UK who have made further improvements and refinements in readiness to be passed to the new owner.
Built to the highest standards, with one of the best specification lists in the UK and utilising the latest engine + chassis + suspension + braking technology + interior and styling, this example is intended to give the owner the opportunity to own and drive one of the most iconic muscle cars ever built, updated with cutting edge systems, to look and feel completely period original, yet drive like a modern GT car.
Spectacular in the Westminster Metallic Grey, the '69 has a more aggressive stance, is wider than other models and with the imposing double headlights and rear kick tail boot is better balanced and more imposing than earlier and later models and in our opinion the '69 shape is the best of all the Mustangs.
Wherever it goes this car receives attention! '69 Fastback values are rising in value and are limited in numbers as it was a single production year.
Complete strip down of the car in the UK, installed on the rotisserie and fit out of a complete new floor and add a brand new MAGNAFLOW exhaust system.
The underseal of the car has been spray painted fully with Raptor underseal protection (most suitable to UK roads)
Newly completed professional “John Wick” Paint Scheme in ‘Wick’ Westminster Grey and Stealth Black Custom Stripes.
Researched to match the interior and appearance of the John Wick movie car and includes:-
Dashboard with illuminated readings providing an excellent quality look and completely ‘period’ look whilst and improving accuracy and reliability
This was a circa £2k option specified by our C n’ C director.
In addition to the main points covered in the above specification list there have been numerous additional items and works completed. There is a detailed photographic record of refurbishment, together with extensive documentation for parts fitted that will be passed to the new owner.
